There are no premium overtime charges for our annual maintenance contract customers. Plus, this plan includes a 15% discount on all non-warranted parts and labor.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

As with anything mechanical, the key to longevity and proper operation is a regular program of inspections and tests to ensure your air conditioning system and furnace are functioning properly.

We recommend a program of two inspections a year where our experienced technicians will use a check sheet of inspection points (that you will receive a copy of) to monitor items such as, but not limited to:

  • Clean the outdoor condensing unit
  • Inspect the evaporator coil
  • Inspect for visible refrigerant leaks
  • Inspect the blower assembly
  • Inspect the thermostat operation and programming
  • Inspect electrical components
  • Inspect heat exchanger
  • Check for proper temperature drop
  • Verify motor current draw
  • Verify correct voltage to equipment
  • Verify blower speed
  • Inspect refrigerant lines
  • Cycle equipment to verify operation
  • Replace filter (filter not included)
  • Inspect for gas leaks
  • Check gas pressures as needed
  • Check flue exhaust for carbon monoxide leaks
  • Clean burners and ignition components
  • Includes safety inspection of entire system
  • Cycle equipment to verify operation

The last thing you want in your home is for the air conditioner or furnace to fail when you need it the most.  Our experience tells us that the best way to avoid costly repairs and outages is through a regular Preventative Maintenance program.

NEW INSTALLATIONS

On Time Heating and Air can install a new Rheem Air Conditioning system, Furnace or Heat Pump in your house or business.  We install in new homes and we also replace old inefficient systems in existing homes.

When its time for a new air conditioning system, On Time Heating and Air can provide you with efficient options. By providing industry leading Rheem equipment we can make sure your home stays comfortable and your utility bills stay low. We offer Rheem solutions because of the top-quality, innovative products with the latest technology, dependable performance, great warranties and excellent service and support. All of this is why we confidently say, “Welcome to the new degree of comfort.”

DUCT SEALING

Air ducts are what carry both the cold air in the summer and warm air in the winter to your living space.  Any “leaks” in the ducting will cause your HVAC system to lose efficiency which will cause the HVAC system to work harder and longer to bring the indoor temperature to where it needs to be.

It will affect your electricity and gas bills.

The HVAC ducting needs to be air-tight, all the way from the HVAC system to the duct register box or boot.  We seal the joints to code.

The result will be a better performing HVAC system and lower energy bills.

EXTENDED WARRANTIES

We provide extended warranties on all of our new HVAC installations; Air Conditioners, Furnaces and Heat Pumps.

Depending on the plan you choose, the extended warranty can cover all labor and all parts for a period up to five years.  Once in effect, you’ll enjoy the piece of mind that your system is protected for years.

INDOOR AIR QUALITY (IAQ) SYSTEMS

FACT: Air pollution is a serious problem — especially inside your home! The EPA has named indoor air pollution as one of the top 5 environmental risks to public health. The EPA also reports that indoor air can be up to one hundred times more polluted than the air outside. One hundred times!

Don’t just treat the symptoms — remove the problems from the air in every room of your house — from your bedroom to your basement with an air cleaning system.

Air Cleaners are installed as part of your home’s central heating and cooling system — completely out of your way and out-of-sight. That means each and every time your system runs, the air in your home is filtered through a state-of-the-art filter media removing potentially harmful contaminants from every room of your home.

The resulting clean air is then distributed via your heating and cooling system’s ductwork to your entire home. Best yet, the system is easy to maintain with infrequent maintenance only required every 1-2 years unlike portable units that require monthly care or standard filters that need cleaning every 1-3 months.
